Who we are
Roswell Stair Remodeling is a referral service. It connects homeowners with independent stair renovation contractors. It does not perform construction work, and it does not employ the contractors it refers.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate: name, phone, optional email, property ZIP, service address or neighborhood, service requested, project description, timing and any optional stair details you provide. We also record the page you started on, the page you submitted from, the referring site, and campaign (UTM) parameters, plus a one-way hash of your IP address for spam and rate limiting.
How we use and share it
We use your request to check coverage and share it with a relevant independent stair contractor so they can contact you about an estimate. The contractor is a separate business with its own privacy practices. We may deliver your request through a customer relationship tool used for routing.
Marketing
We send marketing email only if you check the separate, optional marketing box. You can opt out at any time.
Analytics
We may record anonymous events such as a form submission, a tap on a phone link or a click on an estimate button. These events do not include your name, phone, email or address.
Retention and choices
You can ask us to access or delete your request information through the contact page.
Service-area map
The map shows the general area this referral service covers at launch. It does not mark an office or a contractor location. Coverage is confirmed by property address.
